| With the recent addition of a new
wing, we now have 55 rooms - all equally clean and comfortable. All the bath-rooms have
brand new fitting. The lounge area has also been widened so that it is now more spacious.
Similarly, the in-house restaurant which serves delectable Nepalese, Tibetan, Indian,
Chinese and Continental cuisines, has been extended and refurbished and a bar installed.
To make access into the restaurant easier, a new entrance has been opened up from the road
in addition to the existing one that leads from the lounge. This entrance is guarded by
two imposing pillars carrying typical Tibetan designs and motifs and lends a pleasant
flavour to the building. Further, the rooftop garden has been meticulously redesigned for your comfort and pleasure. From here, you can enjoy unobstructed views of a major part of Kathmandu city, the surrounding hills as well as the majestic mountains to the north while you wine and dine in splendour. The back garden has also been extended and a shade added overhead to make it more attractive and comfortable. This is the place to unwind after a hectic day of sightseeing or shopping as well as a great venue for parties and receptions. There is ample car-parking space too. These recent renovations and additions complement the following facilities that have long been provided at Tibet Guest House: For detail Information and booking, please contact: Tibet Guest House |
